Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit, ein exakt ausgef\u00fchrter H\u00fclsenhals, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Wandst\u00e4rken und eine sauber gefertigte Z\u00fcnderglocke schaffen die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Funktion und reproduzierbare Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade bei seltenen Kalibern, Sonderanfertigungen und kleinen Serien kommt es dabei auf mehr an als reine St\u00fcckzahl: auf kontrollierte Prozesse, pr\u00e4zise Messtechnik und die M\u00f6glichkeit, Fertigungsparameter gezielt auf das jeweilige Produkt abzustimmen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div hochwertigen Patronenh\u00fclse ist ein mehrstufiger Prozess. Material, Geometrie, Umformung und Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit m\u00fcssen dabei pr\u00e4zise aufeinander abgestimmt sein.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">SHM verbindet moderne CNC-Technologie mit flexibel automatisierter Umformtechnik. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Fertigung gezielt auf kleine und mittlere Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen, Sonderkaliber und individuelle Anforderungen ausrichten.<\/p>\n<p>Statt ausschlie\u00dflich auf standardisierte Gro\u00dfserien zu setzen, bleiben unsere Prozesse flexibel. W\u00e4hrend der Umformung muss das Material unterschiedliche Belastungen aufnehmen, ohne dass die f\u00fcr die Funktion entscheidenden geometrischen Eigenschaften verloren gehen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine funktional relevanten Bereichen, deren Geometrie aufeinander abgestimmt sein muss. Bereits geringe Abweichungen k\u00f6nnen die Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit des fertigen Produkts beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Deshalb richtet sich unsere Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle nicht auf einen einzelnen Messwert, sondern auf das Zusammenspiel der entscheidenden Merkmale.<\/p>\n<h3>H\u00fclsenhals<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Ein pr\u00e4zise gefertigter H\u00fclsenhals und ein definierter Halsdurchmesser sind wesentliche Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige und funktionsgerechte Ausf\u00fchrung der H\u00fclse.<\/p>\n<h3>Wandst\u00e4rken<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Wandst\u00e4rken tragen zu einer reproduzierbaren Geometrie und einem kontrollierten Verhalten der H\u00fclse bei.<\/p>\n<h3>Z\u00fcnderglocke<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Auch die Z\u00fcnderglocke wird sauber und ma\u00dfhaltig ausgef\u00fchrt.
